Brenda is a professionally trained counsellor and family therapist with 6 years of experience in the mental health sector.
She is a qualified counsellor with a counselling degree from SUSS, a master’s degree in professional counselling and a certificate in family therapy from Swinburne University. She is also a trained coach, trainer and mental health counsellor. She has held roles as Counsellor, West Program Manager and Outreach Manager in Caregivers Alliance and Training and Program Manager for Caring for Life.
Brenda works with individuals, couples, families, caregivers and community partners in the social service sector and she is passionate about supporting individuals and families struggling with mental health and suicide issues. Brenda is a mother of 3 and she has a strong interest in equipping and strengthening youths, individuals, parents, couples, and families’ resilience.
